Up early again Bek (says she has better navigational skills than Cass so less chance of getting lost, whatever says Cass) went to get the part while Cass readied the van for departure, Bek was back by 10am and we were on the road again by 11.30am on our way to Berlin. It was an uneventful ride to Germanys capital and we found the campsite easily (apart from a few wrong directions from the navigator Cass), the campsite wasn’t aesthetically appealing as it looked like a car park with a cement flooring but we were close to Berlins centre and we were grateful for a hot shower at last. Our first campsite – finally lol
We arrived fairly late and were planning on an early night but the plan never quite went to plan as Bek decided to put her stunt woman skills to practise and literally fell onto a cement plant pot while stepping outside the camper door. Cass had noticed it earlier on and forgot to pre warn Bek (forgot how clumsy she was); anyway after a pirouette and a few barefoot, barelegged commando rolls Bek was left a little bloody. Cass had to put her non existent nursing skill into practise and tried not to faint in the process.
